BioThis all began with a bet from a friend to lose weight but I started to use this journal as an outlet to hash out other personal things that are bugging me. Working in student affairs has really gotten me thinking about my own life. I fight with myself constantly about the paradox of my life --how can I help others when I can't help myself--I have a lot of trouble wrapping my mind around the thought of educating students on responsible drinking when I engage in binge drinking all of the time.
